The Label consists of three panels

The Left Panel contains the “History of Gold Springs” or can be any message you want to print.

The Right Panel has any message you want to print plus it must show the Water Source and Name of Bottler.

The Front Panel contains your logo with the Product listing below it.

Option 1 - No Commitment:

      Price Per Case of 24 Bottles with Flat Caps         .5 Liter $14.57   12 Oz. $13.43

       Minimum Order - 2 Cases

       Set-Up Charge - $35.00

       Allowed up to 10 changes to the Label

       No Prepayment Required

Option 2 - 72 Cases Per Year:

      Price Per Case of 24 Bottles with Flat Caps        .5 Liter $13.57   12 Oz. $12.43

       Minimum Order - 4 Cases

       Set-Up Charge - $35.00

       Allowed up to 10 changes to the Label

       No Prepayment Required

       If you do not purchase at least 72 Cases in a year - Penalty Charge of $1.00 Per Case

            Ordered in the year

Option 3 - 216 Cases In Two Years:

      Price Per Case of 24 Bottles with Flat Caps        .5 Liter $12.57   12 Oz. $11.43

       Minimum Order - 5 Cases

       No Set-Up Charge

       No Changes allowed on the Label

       $400.00 Prepayment Required

            (Orders will first be applied against the Prepayment until eliminated)

       If you do not purchase at least 216 Cases in two years - Penalty Charge of $0.50 Per Case

            Ordered during the two years

Option 4 - 400 Cases In Three Years - We Provide Labels:

      Price Per Case of 24 Bottles with Flat Caps        .5 Liter $11.31   12 Oz. $10.29

       Minimum Order - 10 Cases

       No Set-Up Charge

       No Changes allowed on the Label

       $700.00 Prepayment Required

            (Orders will first be applied against the Prepayment until eliminated)

       If you do not purchase at least 400 Cases in three years - You will be charged the cost of

            the unused labels

Option 5 - You Purchase 10,000 Labels:

      Price Per Case of 24 Bottles with Flat Caps        .5 Liter $9.56   12 Oz. $8.79

       Minimum Order - 10 Cases

       No Set-Up Charge

       No Changes allowed on the Label

       No Prepayment Required

       We charge your account for the cost of 10,000 Labels

       No time limits on use of the 10,000 labels
